To add to the captivating charm, a series of off the shoulder long clear Swarovski crystal beading drapes and accents one arm, balancing this glamourous design and adding the designers distinguishing touch. As the lush skirt blooms it meets with unique detailing of silk organza, fine silk dupioni and soft tulle.
